Plaster disintegration & reinforcement rust
POSSIBLE CAUSES
The existence of cracking problems for long periods of time may lead to greater problems such as the disintegration of the plaster, or even corrosion of the concrete reinforcement due to carbonation.
THE SOLUTION
In case the problem has remained for a long time and the above problems have occurred, it is recommended to consult a specialized technician / engineer, on the one hand to assess the size of the problem and on the other hand on how to deal with it.
In any case, intervention must be made with repair materials before priming and painting.
