It offers very good workability it applies easily and it doesn’t spill or sag. It adheres very well in any kind of building material having great elasticity with out cracking in the film thickness of application instead other type of cemented products. It possesses water repellency and vapor permeability to the building structure gaining for the film resistance to harsh weather conditions and time. It is almost odorless and it can be used also for interior application. Finished surface delivers a smooth decorative option depending on the film and maximum aggregate thickness desired.
